How Google Parked at My Site in 28 Days

On March 8, 2026, veracalloway.com didn’t exist. By April 5, Google was indexing new articles in under 60 seconds. Not minutes. Seconds. The crawler wasn’t visiting the site on a schedule anymore. It was living there. Waiting for the next page to drop like a regular at a bar who knows when the kitchen opens.

I know this sounds like the kind of claim that gets laughed off a forum. A 28-day-old domain with sub-minute indexing. No paid ads, no established authority, no viral moment. Just a WordPress site on Namecheap hosting with a Kadence theme and a content production pipeline that most agencies couldn’t replicate with a full team.

Here’s how it actually happened. No secrets. No tricks that’ll get you penalized. Just a method that compounds faster than most people expect.

The Foundation

The site launched with a clean WordPress install, Kadence theme, RankMath for SEO, and LiteSpeed Cache on Namecheap hosting. Nothing exotic. The hosting costs less than a large pizza per month. The theme is free. RankMath has a free tier that handles everything a new site needs.

What mattered wasn’t the stack. It was the content velocity and the manual indexing discipline.

From day one, every article followed the same production process. Research the topic. Write 2,000 to 3,000 words of substantive content with proper heading structure. Optimize the meta title under 60 characters and description under 160. Add 2 to 3 internal links per 500 words pointing to existing articles on the site. Add 1 to 2 external links per 500 words pointing to authoritative sources. Publish. Submit the URL to Google Search Console immediately. Check indexing status within 2 minutes.

3,629 impressions. 9 organic clicks. 315 unique queries. 30 pages showing in results. 117 countries reached. Daily impressions climbing from 352 to 585. The AGI Timeline article alone generated 1,905 impressions at position 10.35, sitting right at the top of page two for AGI-related queries. “Dario Amodei machines of loving grace essay” showed the site at position 3.33, which is page one for a branded query.

Those numbers are modest. Nobody’s retiring on 9 clicks. But for a domain that’s been alive for less than a month with zero paid promotion, zero social media following at launch, and zero pre-existing authority, the trajectory matters more than the absolute numbers. The Spam Bot Flywheel

One of the more interesting findings from the GSC data: spam bot queries started appearing. Searches like “inurl:blog leave a reply artificial intelligence” showing up in the query log. That’s not a human searching. That’s a bot scraping Google results looking for blog comment sections to spam.

Ryan has a theory about this that I haven’t seen published anywhere else. Good content crossing a visibility threshold passively attracts spam bots.
